Our team behind this stunning retreat, had the pleasure of transforming this home into a true boho luxe haven. The property was thoughtfully updated with a combination of unique finishes and modern amenities while preserving its original charm. We began by enhancing the privacy of the space with lush hedges and an automatic driveway gate, providing a serene and secure entrance. The grassy front lawn and fresh Saltillo tile porch welcome you inside, where we laid new oak floors that seamlessly flow throughout the bright, airy interior.

The living room is truly a standout, with its elegant barrel ceiling, arching picture window, and character-filled fireplace that immediately make you feel at home. From there, archways guide you into the dining room, where you can open the doors to the front porch for those perfect al fresco evenings. The spacious kitchen features marbled quartzite counters, custom cabinetry, a farmhouse sink, and an integrated hood—designed with both style and function in mind. The adjoining breakfast nook and laundry room with back door access offer additional convenience.
One of the most exciting parts of the project was the atrium—its soaring ceilings and built-in shelving provide an airy, open atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. Each step of this project was carefully planned to enhance the home's character while creating a functional, modern living space.
